No, products for which we cannot find information do not count against your monthly credits. 

However, in some cases, if you provided two product identifiers for a single product that do not match (such as Brand MPN & UPC), this will count against your credits even though you will see an error. 

This happens because after Sigmento found product information using your identifiers, our validation engine found out that you provided identifiers for two different products but could not determine which product you wanted.
